Widen the search box

To use Google Desktop from Firefox it helps to make the Firefox search box wider. To change the width, locate your 'userChrome.css' file. This file can usually be found in:

C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Application Data\
Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\default.qwj\chrome

Add the code below to the 'userChrome.css' file

Firefox Classic

Firefox 1.5 looks a bit strange in the Windows Classic (pre Luna) theme. To change back to the classic look locate your 'userChrome.css' file. This file can usually be found in:
