Integrate Google Desktop into Internet Explorer

Internet Explorer has a box to search the internet. Now, you can use that box to search files on your computer with Google Desktop. Follow these instructions:

1. Click on the Google Desktop icon in your system tray and select 'Search Desktop' from the pop-up menu.

2. Click the [Search Desktop] button in the new browser window, without entering anything else. That window will now have a location similar to:

http://127.0.0.1:4664/search&s=xxxxxxxxxx?q=&btnG=Search+Desktop

3. Copy the location of that window into the box below and click [Go].
